The trustees
of the Peninsula School Education Foundation are pleased to once
again announce that grant applications are now being received for
classroom teacher projects. Grants are intended to further the purposes
set out in the Foundation’s mission statement to generate
support from parents, businesses, and the community to enhance public
education in the Peninsula School District. Our goals are (1) To
encourage quality educational projects and activities, (2) To serve
as a catalyst for public-private partnerships, and (3) To raise
awareness of the responsibility that we share for the quality of
our local schools.
The Peninsula Schools Education Foundation would
like to invite all classroom instructors to submit grant proposals.
Typewritten or computer generated documents are strongly suggested.
